BioTalent was established to fill a gap in the market to provide high quality search and selection solutions to the life sciences market for development and manufacturing sites. We focus on identifying individuals with hard-to-find skillsets across four main markets: quality, regulatory, technical operations, and research & development.

The sheer quantity of companies that tell us they receive profiles from recruiters that don’t match their expectations—either in terms of time taken to deliver or the quality of candidates—astounds us, and it’s something we’re determined to change. Clients shouldn’t have to invest time running a search agency through a vacancy briefing, only to find out weeks later that the search agency’s lack of market knowledge has resulted in a lack of credible candidates.
