A mission-driven health tech company is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to expand its footprint across existing accounts in the Providers vertical. You’ll identify whitespace opportunities, build executive relationships, and drive adoption, retention, and revenue growth—partnering closely with Customer Success to deliver measurable impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive expansion strategies within existing enterprise accounts
  • Build relationships with C-level stakeholders to uncover growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to align on account plans
  • Lead upsell and cross-sell efforts, including demos, pricing, and contracts
  • Use data insights to prioritize efforts and maximize impact

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in account management, sales, or growth roles in healthcare or digital health
  • Proven success expanding revenue in complex provider environments
  • Strong understanding of provider workflows and financial challenges
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Data-driven mindset and strategic negotiation experience
  • Willingness to travel 20–30%
