Are you a dynamic, entrepreneurial professional with experience in pharmaceutical business development within the CDMO or Generics space? Our client is looking for an innovative, entrepreneurial individual to join a fast paced and rapidly growing generics organisation. In this role, you’ll drive a cutting-edge product pipeline, forge impactful collaborations, and execute strategic deals to fuel growth.


Key Responsibilities:
• Build and manage a high-quality product pipeline through partnerships.
• Secure early commitment partners for key pipeline assets.
• Develop and implement strategies for new product partnerships.
• Lead partner selection, negotiations, and contract management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deal success.
• Represent the organisation at global partnering events.


What We’re Looking For:
• Proven deal-making expertise with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong technical and commercial knowledge of pharma assets.
• More than 5 years’ experience in pharma business development, with a track record of success
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English.
• A robust industry network and strategic market insights.
• Flexibility to travel and manage teams across regions.
