Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to the quality function.
- Develop and execute strategic QA and compliance activities in line with corporate goals.
- Establish and oversee the quality systems and governance to support global expansion.
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance during development and growth of the business and quality function.
- Experience of building and leading a multi-disciplinary quality and compliance team
- Experience of working within a GxP environment preferably within a biotech.
- Extensive experience in managing quality functions the biotech/pharma industry
