We are looking for a recent MBA graduate (within 2 years) with a strategic and analytical mindset to support our client's M&A integration efforts and drive business optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in aligning post-acquisition operations with company goals, identifying growth opportunities, and partnering across teams to improve sales performance and operational efficiency. This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end M&A integration activities, including data analysis, program management, process mapping, and aligning business functions.

  • Conduct market, financial, and operational analysis to identify risks and synergies, enabling well-informed decisions.

  • Work with Sales, Finance, Operations, Clinical, Quality & Regulatory teams to complete integration plans, streamline workflows, and develop optimization initiatives.

  • Create dashboards, KPIs, and presentations to monitor and communicate integration and overall performance.

  • Propose and evaluate strategic improvements, including processes and technology.

  • Present status updates and performance to executives.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • MBA with at least 3 years of work experience.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.

  • Program/project management experience.

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Smartsheet, and data visualization tools.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $120k-$145k annual salary
