We are looking for a recent MBA graduate (within 2 years) with a strategic and analytical mindset to support our client's M&A integration efforts and drive business optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in aligning post-acquisition operations with company goals, identifying growth opportunities, and partnering across teams to improve sales performance and operational efficiency. This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Support end-to-end M&A integration activities, including data analysis, program management, process mapping, and aligning business functions.

Conduct market, financial, and operational analysis to identify risks and synergies, enabling well-informed decisions.

Work with Sales, Finance, Operations, Clinical, Quality & Regulatory teams to complete integration plans, streamline workflows, and develop optimization initiatives.

Create dashboards, KPIs, and presentations to monitor and communicate integration and overall performance.

Propose and evaluate strategic improvements, including processes and technology.

Present status updates and performance to executives.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

MBA with at least 3 years of work experience.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.

Program/project management experience.

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Smartsheet, and data visualization tools.
