Client Success Director

BioTalent is working with a Digital Health client seeking a strategic leader to drive client satisfaction and growth with HCPs. In this role, you’ll manage post-sale relationships, ensuring successful delivery of research programs and fostering long-term partnerships.

The company has a strong reputation and high retention rate, with flexible fully remote working (within the USA) alongside global offices if hybrid is preferred. The team is high performing, collaborative and has a compassionate, supportive and smart leader (SVP), who this role reports into.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and mentor a client success team, promoting ownership and excellence.
  • Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee research projects from kick-off to completion, delivering actionable insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize processes and enhance client experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Extensive experience within the quantitative market research sector for HCPs.
  • Proven success within a client success or account management position.
  • Experience managing a team.

Location: Remote (within the USA)

Salary: $150-160,000 + benefits and bonus
