🚀 We’re Hiring: Director of Market Access | Oncology Innovation

Join us in expanding access to a breakthrough, FDA-cleared oncology therapy device. We’re looking for a Director of Market Access to lead payer strategy, support provider reimbursement, and drive real-world impact in a fast-growing, mission-driven company. This would be a great next step up for someone currently in a Manager or Senior Manager level role, who is ready to head up this effort and own the Market Access function.

🌟 What You’ll Do:

• Lead national strategy to secure payer coverage (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial)
• Build relationships with payers, medical directors, and policy influencers
• Help oncology practices bill successfully using new CPT codes
• Create billing guides, toolkits, and training for providers
• Collaborate across Clinical, Sales, Marketing, and Regulatory teams
• Stay ahead of policy and reimbursement trends
• Represent us at key industry meetings and forums

✅ What You Bring:

• 10+ years in market access, reimbursement, or health economics
• Proven success getting payer coverage for novel therapies/devices
• Strong knowledge of U.S. reimbursement (Medicare, CPT codes, etc.)
• Excellent communication and strategy execution skills
• (Bonus) Experience in oncology, women’s health, or launching access programs
