Job description

I am working with a world-leading Medical Device and Biotechnology organisation based in Oxfordshire who are on the search for an Account Manager.

 

They are looking for a highly motivated and confident individual to focus on the Nordics (mostly Sweden, but also Norway and Finland) to lead qualifications, sales conversions, and account management activities. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in increasing product usage, driving new business prospects, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

You will be responsible for:

  • Manage incoming sales leads and nurture them to conversion
  • Conduct strategic outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities
  • Deliver technical product updates to new and existing customers
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communication teams to implement sales campaigns
  • Maintain accurate records of commercial intelligence using standard methodologies
  • Provide office-based support to the field sales team in active territories
  • Perform any other duties as required within the scope of the role

 

You will bring the following:

  • A degree/background in Genomics, genetics, or life science
  • Proficient in Swedish Language
  • Prior sales experience, preferably in inside sales, with a focus on research/life science customers
  • Must have experience and confidence doing New Business Development
