Based in the heart of NYC, Tyler Abrams is a Senior Consultant specialising in Biotech and Pharma Biometrics at BioTalent. With expertise in biostatistics, statistical programming, and clinical data management, Tyler connects top-tier talent with organisations ranging from emerging biotechs to global pharma leaders.

Since joining BioTalent in May 2023, Tyler has been instrumental in hiring for roles across all levels, from C-suite executives to senior specialists. He has a keen interest in cutting-edge advancements like AI/ML, CAR-T therapies, and mRNA technologies, making him a trusted partner for innovative companies. Tyler began his life sciences recruitment journey in 2020, inspired by the industry’s pivotal role during the COVID-19 pandemic. As a board member of OUTbio Greater New York, he’s deeply involved in fostering inclusivity and collaboration within the biotech community.

Outside of work, Tyler is an avid foodie, Broadway enthusiast, and fitness fan who loves exploring NYC’s vibrant cultural scene. A former flight attendant, he’s travelled to all 50 states and over 20 countries - fuelling his love for adventure and new experiences.
