Narissa Moriarty

​Narissa is a Recruitment Consultant based in the Boston office, specialising in permanent recruitment for the medical device and MedTech sectors. With expertise in manufacturing, engineering, and R&D, she partners with diagnostic companies, catheter and plastics manufacturers, hiring for roles such as field service engineers, manufacturing engineers/managers, and high-level operations and production leaders. Narissa’s career in recruitment began after she was drawn to the life sciences industry through her work with life science clients. She believes that recruiting today is about more than just skillsets—it’s about finding the right cultural fit too.

Outside of work, Narissa loves exploring the city with friends and family. Fun fact: her papa was in the service with Elvis!
