Site Engineering Manager - Permanent

Your Responsibilities

· Leading the delivery of daily asset care activities

· Providing Engineering support and direction to the Value Streams

· Supporting the delivery of technical training & implementing development plans

· Ensuring all activities are carried out according to GMP and EHS practices

· Delivering all Metrics (Service, EHS, Quality, Value)

· Sponsoring the roll out of correct maintenance strategies for plant assets

· Liaising with OEMs for problem support and improvements

· Actively Sponsoring Equipment Reliability as well as Continuous Improvement projects

· Ensuring best practices are being maintained and implemented

· Managing and delivering department R+M spend

· Coaching the maintenance team, ensuring they are accountable for reduction of Failure Rate and consistent asset care

· Supporting and actively get involved in New Product / Equipment introduction

What you will bring

· Third level qualification in Engineering or equivalent in the areas of Process, Chemical, Mechanical or Production Engineering.

· 5 years + experience within a Process environment specifically in the maintenance function.

· Previous experience and understanding of project frameworks and execution.

· A great amount of drive when it comes to problem solving and implementing successful ideas

· Willingness to want to progress within your career
