Project Lead – Advanced Tech & Life Sciences

We are supporting a leading international construction firm who are looking for an experienced Project Lead to drive the growth of their Life Sciences & Technology (LST) division in Germany.

This is a high-impact role, responsible for leading strategic projects across semiconductors, giga factories, and life sciences — working directly with global clients.

You’ll report into the Regional Director and work closely with senior leadership to establish and deliver critical projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of advanced tech and life sciences construction projects across Germany

• Oversee planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement from feasibility through to handover

• Work closely with senior leadership on market development and strategic project setup

• Manage project teams including contractors, engineers, and suppliers

• Drive compliance, quality, schedule, and financial targets across all phases

• Build and nurture client relationships, ensuring successful delivery and repeat business

Essential Requirements:

• 10+ years experience in the industrial construction sector
• 5+ years leading projects in advanced technology (e.g., semiconductors, giga factories)
• Strong exposure to life sciences/pharmaceutical projects
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects with Tier-one clients and contractors
• Minimum 5 years in a senior role within a construction management or contracting firm
• Fluent in German and English
• Based in Germany, with strong knowledge of the local supply chain and client landscape
• Degree-qualified in engineering or related technical discipline
