I am seeking a dedicated individual to join one of our clients based in Munich as a Pricing Specialist.

This role will give a good understanding of the company from a sales and contract perspective, lots of opportunity to learn and grow within the position, and within the company for a long-term.

You will be responsible for:

• Support the Business Unit in calculating and managing different contractual components.
• Collaboration in cross-functional local pricing projects.
• Processing customer cases, price inquiries and invoice complaints.
• Obtaining approvals for bonus payments.
• Maintenance of prices, contracts and bonus conditions in the designated systems.
• Archiving of e.g. contracts, offers, tender documents and bonus evaluations.
• Ensure that workflows are carried out within SOX regulations, SOP guidelines and approval processes.
• Sales support in offer and contract management.

You will bring the following:

• 1-2 years of professional experience in pricing, preferably in the pharmaceutical and/or medical technology sector.
• Very good analytical skills.
• Very good communication skills, also cross-functional and across all hierarchical levels.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Ability to work under pressure, flexibility, good handling of ambiguity.
• Very good command of English and German, written & spoken, as well as experience working in the German market.
