Job Title: Field Practice Development Representative
Location: Northern Virginia / Washington DC Metro Area
Job Type: Full-Time
Are you passionate about making a difference in people’s lives and excited to be part of a high-growth healthcare technology company? We’re seeking a Field Practice Development Representative to support the implementation of an innovative dental sleep solution in dental practices across the region.
This is a field-based role, with approximately 90% of time spent working directly with dentists and their teams in-office. The ideal candidate is professional, articulate, and comfortable presenting to both clinical and non-clinical dental professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver on-site training and support to dental practices, integrating a digital sleep solution into their workflow
 - Set up software access and drive consistent utilization
 - Troubleshoot workflow challenges and optimize team roles
 - Build and maintain strong client relationships with exceptional customer service
 - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enable next steps
 - Meet or exceed utilization targets
 - Support marketing initiatives and patient education efforts at client sites
 - Organize patient screening days, webinars, and testimonial recordings
 - Document all client interactions in CRM systems
 - Represent the company at trade shows and events (some travel outside territory may be required)
 
Qualifications
- BS/BA preferred or equivalent experience
 - 2+ years in field sales, implementation, or account management
 - Experience in dental sleep apnea therapy is highly preferred
 - Strong presentation and training skills
 - Proficient in digital tools, CRM systems, and electronic communication
 - Excellent time management and organizational skills
 - Professional, respectful communicator
 - Reliable transportation and valid car insurance required
 - English fluency required
 
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: c.$70,000 (depending on experience)
 - Commission: Based on case revenue in territory
 - Monthly car allowance
