As a Senior Development Engineer, you’ll lead the mechanical design and end‑to‑end development of precision control valves used in modern HVAC and energy‑efficient infrastructure. What You’ll Do

• Lead development and qualification efforts for new and existing valve and fluid‑control products.
• Design mechanical components using advanced 3D CAD tools, create drawings for manufacturing, select materials, and apply GD&T principles.
• Collaborate closely with suppliers to refine manufacturing methods, inspection practices, test procedures, and production tooling.
• Plan and execute qualification testing, including schedules, documentation, data analysis, and reporting.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the product development cycle.
• Continuously improve processes, test methods, development tools, and documentation standards to enhance productivity and product quality.
• Conduct design reviews and drive team‑wide technical alignment.
• Communicate effectively with engineering peers, cross‑functional teams, and external partners.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar).
• 7+ years of mechanical design experience.
• Strong proficiency in 3D CAD modeling and detailed drawing creation.
• Background in manufacturing technologies and production‑ready design.
• Familiarity with rapid prototyping and hands‑on experimental testing.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experienced in structured product development environments.
• Able to manage priorities across multiple projects.
• Self‑driven, resourceful, and highly motivated.
• Willing to travel occasionally as needed.
• Demonstrated experience in technical project leadership.

• Experience with SAP, PLM systems, or engineering data management tools.
• Proficiency with NX CAD or similar advanced modeling platforms.
