Job description

I am exclusively working with a world-leading Pharmaceutical and Medical Device company based in Halle. They are seeking a German and English Speaking Customer Service Specialist to be responsible for providing exceptional support to their customers for their leading products.


As a member of their dynamic sales team, you will play a key role in driving new business, nurturing existing accounts, and ensuring a patient-centric approach in all your interactions. Your focus will be on achieving or exceeding personal and business goals within your assigned geographic area or specific accounts.


This role will offer you:

You will be responsible for:

  • Processing customer inquiries in collaboration with specialist departments
  • Monitor internal supply chain activities
  • Maintain accurate customer and price data in the ERP system
  • Create and process orders, and manage to invoice
  • Participate in optimization projects, including technical initiatives
  • Initiate the shipping process and organize order-related documentation
  • Meet revenue targets for assigned customers
  • Prepare and conduct customer visits


You will bring the following:

  • Fluency in German and English (oral and written)
  • Prior experience in internal sales or logistics
  • Strong customer-facing skills with a confident demeanour
  • Previous experience in a customer service position
