Tower Cold Chain provides temperature-controlled solutions to the global pharmaceutical and life science industries. Having gone through a period of fast growth, we now require a full time Customer Services Representative to join our team in the USA.

This is an exciting, role in which you will work closely with the Customer Account Manager and the sales team to manage relationships with clients.

Hours of work will be 11am-7pm with some flexibility

You will be responsible for

• Managing and building strong relationships with key customers and clients
• Directing business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with the services and products
• Working closely with the sales team - Sharing leads and further sales opportunities to help expand business with key clients
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
• Managing and processing sales orders and invoicing
• Managing and developing your own small team

You will bring the following

• Ability to work - 11am-7pm with some flexibility
• Previous experience of managing client/customer relationships
• High school diploma or equivalent
• IT literacy in Outlook, Excel Word and PowerPoint (Microsoft 365 ideally), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
