We have partnered with a leading innovator in commercial greenhouse technology to find an exceptionally talented Business Development Representative to join their growing North American team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in their next phase of expansion, leveraging your skills and experience to identify, cultivate, and close deals with both new and existing customers.

On the one hand, you'll be a:

Cultivator of Success: Nurture existing relationships with meticulous care. You'll be the gardener, ensuring existing partnerships flourish and deliver optimal results through attentive care and detailed planning.

Become a Greenhouse Guru: Build deep relationships with manufacturers and dealers, influencing them to champion our products and services.
Unearth Hidden Gems: Prospect for new business opportunities, analyze customer needs, and tailor solutions that win projects and grow accounts.
Spread the Word: Generate leads through targeted outreach, networking, and association involvement, boosting brand awareness and driving pipeline growth.
Be a Strategic Thinker: Craft a winning business development plan and maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor insights, and company strategies.
Connect with Key Players: Identify and build relationships with industry decision-makers, influencing them to choose us.
Represent Us with Pride: Participate in trade shows and events, showcasing our cutting-edge solutions to potential customers.
What We're Looking For:
Business or marketing degree/diploma (or relevant experience).
5+ years of B2B business development experience.
Passion for the greenhouse industry and its technologies (knowledge of crops, plant physiology, and greenhouse controls a plus).
Strong sales methodology understanding and proven track record of success.
CRM and data analysis skills.
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and a team player.
