• Keen sense of detail and ability to follow instructions
• Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management at all levels
• Proven proficiency in written English
• Able to design content to meet user needs and make complex language and processes easy to understaning
• Sills: reporting, microsoft office, communication, attention to detail, accuracy, administrative writing skills
