Senior Content Writer / Senior Copywriter - Health Agency

We’re seeking a talented Senior Content Writer to produce engaging, accurate, and strategically grounded content for professional audiences across healthcare, MedTech, and pharma.

The ideal candidate has a background in healthcare communications, thrives in a smaller agency environment, and can handle multiple projects on time and on budget. This role is writing-focused—not a creative management position—and involves close collaboration with designers, strategists, and account teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality content across diverse formats—articles, websites, presentations, videos, collateral, social media, and advertising.

• Research complex medical and technical topics and synthesize information clearly and compellingly.

• Ensure all deliverables are tonally consistent and aligned with each client’s brand voice.

• Collaborate with account managers, strategists, designers, and clients to craft effective communication strategies.

• Participate in client briefings and meetings as a confident, client-facing team member.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of healthcare or MedTech writing experience.

• Strong understanding of clinical and business-of-healthcare audiences.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced agency setting.

• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and freelance writers.
