Your role

• Define and execute the platform strategy across AI/ML, data engineering, computational biology, and structural biology
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary scientific and technical teams, setting clear objectives and driving excellence
• Oversee platform and project budgets, resource allocation, and operational performance
• Implement scalable processes to ensure robust, compliant, and high-quality scientific delivery
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership to align technical strategy with business objectives
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex scientific programmes, ensuring timelines and outcomes are met

What you’ll bring

• Proven track record in a senior leadership role within AI-enabled life sciences, technology-driven research, or data-centric environments
• Deep expertise in computational biology, AI/ML, cheminformatics, structural biology, or related scientific domains
