I have an amazing opportunity for a Scientific Technical Translator to join a rapidly growing diagnostics and biotech company based in Oxfordshire.

Your mission is to join the Product Management team and be responsible for the Japanese/English translation for a range of technical documents.

You will be responsible for:

• Translating (English/Japanese) scientific technical documents including customer-facing documentation, protocols, product manuals, application-specific documentation and more
• Manage portfolios of documentation for the company
• Using content management systems to generate customer facing documentation

You will bring the following:

• A degree in a life science subject
• Fluency in Japanese and English - both written and verbal
• Document version control experience
• Previous experience in scientific or medical writing or technical translation is highly desirable
