Analysis & Reporting:
Gather and analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

User Support & Training:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users.
Develop and deliver training materials and workshops for Salesforce users.
Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce best practices.
Compliance & Security:
Ensure the Salesforce platform complies with all relevant regulations and security standards, including HIPAA and other industry-specific requirements.
Implement and maintain data security measures to protect sensitive information.
Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, marketing, service, and IT teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Work with outside consultants when needed.

Job Summary:
The Senior Salesforce Administrator/Analyst will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform to support our sales, marketing, and service teams. This individual will be responsible for providing technical leadership, driving process improvements, and ensuring the platform meets the evolving needs of our business. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Administration & Configuration:
- Serve as the primary administrator for the Salesforce platform, managing user accounts, security settings, workflows, process builder flows, validation rules, and custom objects.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other relevant modules.
- Implement and manage integrations with other business systems.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of Salesforce configurations and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator/Analyst, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other relevant modules.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and development tools (e.g., Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components).
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, including the use of Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required. Advanced certifications are a plus.
- Experience with medical device industry and HIPAA compliance is highly desirable.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ is a plus.
