Medical Affairs Consultant - 6 Month Contract - Remote 

As a Senior Consultant, you’ll lead strategic workstreams, contribute to high-impact transformation projects, and mentor junior team members. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional client teams to optimise processes, enhance operating models, and transform organisations with a focus on elevating medical affairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead capability-building initiatives and support wider enterprise transformation projects.
  • Analyse business challenges and deliver data-driven, strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with clients to align on objectives and implement solutions effectively.
  • Manage workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Facilitate workshops, drive stakeholder alignment, and support change management efforts.
  • Contribute to business development and internal initiatives like marketing and recruitment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years of consulting experience in pharmaceuticals or life sciences (Medical Affairs expertise preferred).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in capability building, process improvement, and operating model design.
  • Proven ability to engage stakeholders and manage cross-functional team
