Senior Project Manager - SaaS

BioTalent is headhunting for a seasoned Project Manager with over 10 years+ industry experience, strong technical background in SaaS, IT, LifeSciences and Pharmacovigilance/Safety Systems. The role is of significant importance lead cutting-edge projects and making a significant impact?

Responsibilities:

• Craft Winning Strategies: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Orchestrate Excellence: Coordinate resources across projects, including developers and QA engineers.
• Drive Success: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Lead with Precision: Facilitate project meetings using various management methodologies.
• Deliver Excellence: Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and at the highest quality.
• Communicate Clearly: Keep stakeholders updated with regular project reports.
• Solve Problems Proactively: Identify and resolve project risks and issues efficiently.
• Maintain Compliance: Oversee project documentation and ensure regulatory standards are met.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, IT, Service-design, IT management/business etc
• Proven Experience: At least 10 years in project management, with multiple years in the life sciences sector or managing SaaS product development aligned with Pharmacovigilance/Safety Systems.
• Project Management Skills: Ability to independently manage multiple projects and familiarity with the software development life cycle.
• Leadership Qualities: Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Certifications & Language Skills: PMP certification is a plus. Professional proficiency in English is required + Danish
