Senior Key Account Manager
Location: North of England and Scotland (Field Based)

What You’ll Do:

Own and deliver ambitious sales targets across your region

Develop and execute tailored account plans with precision and insight

Build strong, ethical, and influential relationships with HCPs and key stakeholders

Lead educational events, congress activity, and market-shaping initiatives

Share insights, support peers, and help shape UK/Ireland business performance

Serve as a mentor to junior team members and support ongoing development

Operate with full compliance to industry and company standards
What We’re Looking For:

Proven success in specialty or rare disease sales

5+ years’ experience in biotech/pharma field roles

Strong account planning, business acumen, and CRM use

Startup or launch experience is a plus

Science or healthcare background preferred

Driven, strategic, and collaborative mindset

Willingness to travel and work autonomously in a field-based role
