One of our leading healthcare advertising agency partners is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our New Jersey team. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be the linchpin in client relationships, overseeing strategic campaign development and execution. Your role will involve managing high-profile accounts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving innovative advertising strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Leadership: Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring their marketing objectives are understood and met with excellence.

  • Strategic Development: Craft and implement strategic advertising plans tailored to pharmaceutical clients, with a particular focus on rare diseases.

  • Campaign Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Team Collaboration: Partner with creative, medical, and digital teams to produce high-impact campaigns.

  • Industry Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive activity, and market developments to provide clients with strategic recommendations.

  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance, leveraging data to refine and improve future strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising, with a proven track record in account management.

  • Specialization: Experience in rare disease advertising is highly desirable.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and project management abilities. Strategic thinker with a knack for innovative problem-solving.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with advertising and project management tools.

  • Flexibility: Comfortable working in a hybrid model, combining remote and in-office work.
