Project Scheduler – Pharma (Hybrid, Germany)

Location: Southern Germany
Start Date: October/November 2025


About the Role

We are building out the project scheduling team for a leading pharmaceutical company in Southern Germany. This role offers a long-term contract (with potential extensions up to 2033) for an experienced Project Scheduler to support major pharma projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining schedules, ensuring alignment with Lean Design and Construction Management principles, and supporting project delivery through MS Project Server (PWA).


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules in MS Project Server (PWA).

  • Provide structure and frameworks for Lean Design and Construction Management in alignment with the project schedule.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones.

  • Identify and mitigate scheduling risks to support project success.

  • Provide accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders and management.

  • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards and project governance.


Requirements

  • 5–10 years’ experience in project scheduling within the pharma sector.

  • MS Project Server (PWA) expertise (essential).

  • Proven experience with Lean Design and Construction Management (able to provide frameworks, not just facilitation).

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Fluent German (C2 level), both written and spoken.

    Desirable

  • Experience working with large, multinational pharmaceutical companies.

  • Knowledge of GMP-regulated environments.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
