Regional Business Development Manager - APAC

This organisation is renowned for its innovation in sustainable cold chain services and is entering a new phase of international expansion. As part of this growth, they are seeking a high-performing and ambitious APAC Business Development Manager to drive sales strategy and market penetration across the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a high-impact business development plan for APAC

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities across the life sciences supply chain

  • Generate leads, manage prospects, and build long-term customer relationships

  • Pitch tailored cold chain solutions and manage the end-to-end sales cycle

  • Represent the company at regional industry events, trade shows, and conferences

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage quotes, RFIs, and proposals

  • Work closely with cross-regional teams in the UK, US, EU, and Africa

  • Support account management activities, including pricing strategy and account planning

  • Drive commercial improvement and help maximise profitability

You will bring:

  • A strong track record of winning new business and exceeding sales targets

  • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability

  • Experience in market mapping, pipeline development, and competitor analysis

  • A data-driven mindset with an ability to scale processes and strategies

  • Background in cold chain, temperature-controlled packaging, or logistics services for life sciences

  • A self-starter approach with the flexibility to thrive in an agile, SME environment
