BioTalent are partnered with a global medical device business in wound care, looking to hire a Professional Affairs Manager for their Incision Care portfolio.
This is a clinical education and professional engagement role, with global reach. The focus is on building education that is evidence-informed, clinically credible, and practical for healthcare professionals working with surgical incision care.

What you will own
  • Clinical education strategy for the incision care portfolio
  • Development of training materials, presentations, and digital education content
  • Global symposia programming, including themes, structure, and speaker engagement
  • Relationships with clinical experts, educators, and professional societies
  • Internal training to ensure consistent understanding of incision care challenges, solutions and supporting evidence
  • Cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Clinical Engagement, and Commercial teams
 
What this suits
This role suits someone with recent clinical experience in wound care or post-surgical environments who has moved into clinical education, professional affairs, or medical affairs, and has owned education projects end to end. You will need to be comfortable working independently, presenting externally, and operating in a global environment.

Location and travel
Location is negotiable, Europe preferred. Travel is expected around 20%.
