You will be driving compliance for microbiological activities including sterilisation and environmental controls across the site.

You will be responsible for

• Driving compliance of programs and procedures for microbiological activities
• Understanding and implementing continuous improvement for bioburden, contamination control, and sterilisation programs
• Acting as the point of contact during regulatory inspections
• Implementing successful strategies to improve clean room controls and minimise risk
• Managing continuous improvement projects to achieve excellent quality, reliability and cost improvements
• Budget management
• Coaching and mentoring staff in microbiology and sterilisation methodologies

You will bring the following

• Substantial microbiology experience within - sterilisation, aseptic processing, environmental monitoring and cleaning validation
• ISO class 8 clean room operational experience
• Supervisory experience
• BSc or MSc in a relevant Life Sciences subject
