BioTalent is supporting a great, purpose-driven biopharmaceutical company for the role of a Packing Team Lead based in Wrexham, Wales. They are committed to excellence, proactive collaboration and to becoming data & science-driven.
This position has a shift work model from Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm, 6am-2pm and/or 2-10pm.

You will be responsible for:
  • Identifying the training needs and developing the performance of individuals.
  • Communicating performance and work progress to the Packing Production Manager.
  • Ensuring products are maintained in accordance with cGMP procedures.
  • Ensuring CAPA’s are identified and implemented.
  • Reviewing EBR’s (electronic batch records) in a timely manner.
  • Managing the maintenance of packing facilities and cold stores.
  • Continually updating GMP documents related to the Packing & Labelling system.
You will bring the following:
  • Proven experience working in an FDA regulated environment and with external audits.
  • Experience packing lyophilised and liquid products to cGMP standards
  • A good understanding of validation and engineering activities
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience is ideal
