BioTalent are proud to partner with a Swiss company who provide drug development and commercialisation services to the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industries during all stages.
We are looking for a German & English speaking HR Business Partner to join the site in Aarau on a permanent basis where you will be responsible for the strategic alignment of HR processes, coaching, recruiting and internal training courses to support the development of line managers.
This is an opportunity for someone who has a background of supporting pharmaceutical companies in an HR-specific role, has a qualification in people development and is able to take accountability for the success of the division.
This position requires a high-level of visibility within the business and as such, is mostly onsite with some flexible working from home.
