BioTalent are working with a Global Biopharma company operating with large facilities across the globe.

Are you ready to play a pivotal role in defining and shaping the future of our infrastructure, civil works, finishes, and facilities? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Subject Matter Expert to join our team. As a key member, you will lead and connect a global network of experts, contribute to technical projects, and be at the forefront of innovation in our industry.

You will be responsible for:

Technical Leadership: Define, develop, and deploy technical standards with a focus on safety and green initiatives. Develop strategies in civil works, architecture, and fit-out domains.

Solution Development: Create solutions aligned with internal client expectations and needs, anticipating future ways of working. Actively participate in technical project delivery, ensuring standards and expertise are met.

Global Networking: Lead and connect a global network of experts both within and outside the organization. Contribute proactively to technical project reviews and asset management strategy.

Asset Management: Collaborate with the Global Asset Manager to develop gap assessment tools and methodologies. Be an integral part of the asset management strategy.

You will bring the following:

Education: Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent. 10+ years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Experience: In-depth technical experience in a regulated environment. Familiarity with cGMP/GLP regulations, ICH, FDA CMC, ISPE, and PDA Guidance Documents.

Skills: Recognized as an expert or leader in your field. Experience in Engineering Technologies supporting product development and/or manufacturing.

Communication: Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present to senior management. Full professional proficiency in French and English.

Travel: Willing to travel up to 20%, mainly across Europe.
