Digital Insights Strategist - Health Agency

We’re looking for a Digital Insights Strategist to turn analytics into actionable strategies that drive smarter digital decisions. You’ll lead measurement, reporting, and insights across all digital channels—helping teams connect data to creative and business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and manage measurement plans tied to client KPIs and objectives.

  • Implement and validate tracking in GA4 and Adobe Analytics.

  • Build clear, actionable dashboards and reports.

  • Analyze performance across paid media, SEO, social, email, and web.

  • Translate data into insights that guide creative and media strategies.

  • Present findings and recommendations to clients and internal teams.

What You Bring

  • 4–6 years’ experience in digital analytics or strategy (agency or healthcare experience a plus).

  • Proficiency in GA4, Adobe Analytics, and dashboarding tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).

  • Strong understanding of digital channels and testing methodologies.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex data.

  • Familiarity with privacy and compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA) preferred.

  • Must be based in Chicago and able to collaborate in person as needed.
