- Business Growth: Identify opportunities to expand existing client business, drive organic growth, and participate in new business development efforts.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and scopes of work to ensure profitability and operational excellence.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders—creative directors, copy/art teams, strategists, and scientific experts—to deliver innovative solutions that drive measurable results.
- Therapeutic Expertise: Stay current on client therapeutic areas, competitive landscapes, and industry trends to inform client recommendations and agency POVs.
Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of experience in healthcare advertising/communications (agency background required).

- Deep understanding of HCP, patient, and payer marketing, including regulatory and compliance nuances (FDA/OPDP familiarity required).
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing direct reports and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to grow business and deliver innovative solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA a plus).
