Job description

I am on the search for a Channel Marketing Manager looking for a challenging role within a rapidly growing Pharmaceutical Logistics company based in Reading. This is an exciting new role within a specialist business providing sustainable temperature-controlled services and containers to the global life sciences sector.

 

You will play a crucial part in crafting and executing marketing strategies across various channels globally from refining existing strategies and establishing KPIs to targeting specific channels and analysing market data, you'll be instrumental in our marketing endeavours.

You will be responsible for:

  • Enhance and refine channel marketing strategies
  • Establish KPIs for enhanced marketing efficiency
  • Target specific channels for product and service promotion
  • Analyse market data, trends, and competitor behaviour
  • Design and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns
  • Manage website content and collaborate with global stakeholders
  • Oversee day-to-day marketing activities, ensuring ROI and KPI achievement
  • Lead comprehensive demand generation campaigns
  • Support the sales team with impactful marketing collateral
  • Manage marketing communication messages across all channels

 

You will bring the following:

  • At least 3 years of experience in channel marketing, preferably in B2B or agency settings
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing technologies and techniques
  • Outstanding analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software (preferably HubSpot)
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in GDN, Google Ad, InDesign, LinkedIn Campaign, and Google Analytics
  • Skills in SEO, design, and management of LinkedIn and Google Ad Campaigns
