-
Provide Medical Leadership – Serve as medical monitor, review protocol deviations and eligibility questions, and offer guidance to investigators.
-
Support Clinical Sites – Train site staff on protocol specifics, answer investigator queries, and serve as a trusted medical resource.
-
Stay Ahead of the Science – Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the therapeutic landscape, competitive environment, and emerging research in immunology.
What We’re Looking For
-
MD or MD/PhD with 6+ years of industry experience in clinical development within biotech or pharma.
-
Strong expertise in early-phase development (pre-IND, IND, Phase 1 & 2).
-
Hands-on experience leading immunology programs (strongly preferred).
-
In-depth knowledge of clinical trial design, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
-
Proven track record of running programs with a high degree of independence.
-
Skilled leader with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams and manage external partners effectively.
-
Excellent communicator, comfortable operating in matrixed environments.
Why Join
This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in advancing the next generation of immunology therapies. You’ll join a collaborative, science-driven environment where your expertise and leadership will directly shape clinical programs and impact patients’ lives.
