Team Lead - Hygiene & Deviation (Hybrid, Switzerland)

BioTalent is partnered with a leading manufacturing company in Switzerland. This position requires expertise and min 3 days per week onsite presence, 2 days allowed work from home. The role will suit a strong leader who can manage a team of 5-7 persons who will have activities across the site. 

What You’ll Do:

• Lead a central hygiene team with operational responsibility, ensuring cost-efficiency and strategic alignment.

• Develop and maintain SOPs for hygiene and deviation processes.

• Oversee and drive hygiene management across the site: from routine cleanroom qualifications to contamination-control projects.

• Serve as the go-to audit liaison for hygiene and deviation topics—preparing, supporting, and defending compliance during inspections.

• Collaborate closely with Operations, QA, QC, Engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.

What You Bring:

• Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Deep experience in GMP-compliant hygiene and deviation management within a complex manufacturing environment.

• Proven leadership and communication skills in regulated, multicultural settings.

• Strong track record in executing site-wide initiatives involving audits and stakeholder engagement.

• Strategic thinker with excellent execution skills, high ownership, and analytical, structured working habits.

• Fluent in English; German language skills a significant plus.
