You will be responsible for

  • Leading the strategic direction and daily operations of warehouse and logistics functions under strict GMP and GDP regulations
  • Mentoring and developing a dedicated team to deliver excellence and high performance
  • Managing warehousing, picking, and shipping processes to ensure both efficiency and compliance
  • Driving accurate inventory management, optimal warehouse organisation, and continuous process improvements
  • Overseeing or contributing to deviations, change requests, CAPAs, and cross-functional projects such as system launches or facility expansions
  • Working closely with production, quality assurance, purchasing, and external service providers to ensure seamless operations
  • Using and optimising ERP systems (MS Dynamics) to control and document all logistics processes
  • Preparing for and supporting audits and inspections by authorities

 

You will bring

  • A degree in logistics, business administration, pharmaceutical technology, or equivalent qualification
  • Several years’ professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in a management position
  • In-depth knowledge of GMP and GDP regulations with proven implementation experience
  • A track record in managing projects in a logistics or warehouse environment
  • ERP system experience (MS Dynamics, SAP) and strong organisational skills
  • A supportive leadership style, excellent cross-functional communication skills, and a hands-on, solution-oriented approach
  • Professional fluency in German and English
