Digital Technology Expert - Labs
Job description
A global life science organisation at the forefront of scientific innovation is seeking a proactive and solution-oriented Digital Technology Expert to join its Digital Technology team. This is a unique opportunity to lead the implementation and management of digital solutions that support Research & Early Development, especially within GLP and GCP-regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define, deliver, and support digital solutions for GxP-compliant lab automation and data workflows
- Act as the IT System Owner for GLP/GCP platforms, ensuring they meet compliance and business requirements
- Ensure proper validation, documentation, and oversight of critical scientific IT systems
- Lead vendor coordination and manage Subject Matter Experts involved in laboratory technologies
- Support and represent digital solutions during internal and external audits
- Collaborate globally with Digital Technology teams to ensure harmonised compliance strategies
- Provide third-line support for scientific systems used in research operations
You Will Bring:
- A Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital lab environments with a strong grasp of GxP principles
- Proven track record in managing scientific applications and automation in a GLP or GCP setting
- Solid understanding of computerised system validation and other compliance frameworks
- Fluency in English and working knowledge of French
- Strong technical affinity with IT systems, research workflows, and digital implementation projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a global matrix environment
