Systems Integration Engineer
Job description
Join a dynamic team focused on advancing cardiac arrhythmia therapy. You’ll work at the system level, integrating hardware and software for cath lab environments and collaborating across R&D, QA, and regulatory teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Engineer integrated hardware/software systems targeted for cardiac cath lab workflows
- Define and validate system-level performance and reliability under ISO and FDA guidelines
- Create integration plans, system architecture documents, and specifications
- Participate in design reviews, risk assessments (e.g. FMEA), and regulatory documentation
- Optimize device integration within cath lab operations
- Engage with clinical teams to refine design based on feedback
What We’re Looking For:
- BS or MS in Electrical, Biomedical Engineering, or related
- 3–5 years experience in systems integration within medical devices
- Knowledge of electrophysiology workflows in cath labs
- Strong skills in system modeling, hardware/software integration, and risk analysis
- Familiar with ISO 13485 and FDA device regulations
- Excellent team collaboration and technical communication skills
