Your Responsibilities
-
Oversee and coordinate all maintenance, repair, calibration, and inspection activities for production infrastructure, ensuring full GMP compliance and operational safety.

Support the planning, installation, and qualification of new technical facilities — working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Manage and document all maintenance tasks in accordance with GMP guidelines, ensuring system documentation is always up-to-date.

Respond to facility breakdowns and technical issues, conducting root cause analyses and developing long-term solutions with cross-functional support.

Contribute to quality management processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives across plant operations.
You Will Need This Experience
-
A technical vocational qualification with further training as a technician or engineer, or a university degree in a technical field.

Several years of experience working in a GMP-regulated environment.

Strong problem-solving skills with a deep interest in technical systems and their design, function, and optimisation.

Excellent German communication skills, with a good working knowledge of English.

A flexible mindset, proactive attitude, and readiness to participate in an on-call rota.
