Job Title: Supply Chain Transformation Lead
Location: Nordics (Hybrid – minimum 2 weeks per month on-site)
Contract: 6 months (with potential extension)

Overview:
We are supporting a search for a Supply Chain Transformation Lead to join a leading pharmaceutical company in the Nordics. This role will focus on mentoring and strengthening the existing supply chain team, driving process improvement, and optimizing the use of SAP S/4 HANA to enhance operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor, guide, and develop the supply chain team to improve proactivity, accountability, and overall effectiveness.
  • Add strategic structure, operational clarity, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Optimize data management, order book utilization, and ERP processes within SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Document and formalize processes prior to new system rollouts.
  • Work hands-on with leadership and the wider team to drive transformation and measurable change.

What We’re Looking For
  • Strong background in supply chain management, with a proven track record of team mentoring and process improvement.
  • Demonstrated experience with SAP S/4 HANA, including supporting new module rollouts.
  • Skilled in managing order books, ERP optimization, and leveraging data for decision-making.
  • Strong operational leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, matrix environments while scaling operations effectively.
