Biotalent is collaborating with a Cell Therapy business based in Stockholm who are looking to bring an SME in flow cytometry to be part of their Analytical Development team. 

This is a technical position with leadership responsibilities. 

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop robust analytical assays for characterising cell-based products using flow cytometry and immunoassays.
2. Lead assay life cycle, including optimisation, transfer, and qualification.
3. Represent the analytical development team as an SME, communicate progress, and prepare presentations.
4. Line manage direct reports, mentor team members, and coordinate tasks.

Requirements:

1. Ph.D. in cell/molecular biology, biochemistry, or related field with expertise in flow cytometry within industry.
2. Proven expertise in immunology/cell therapy, multi-color panel design, and data analysis.
3. Familiarity with GLP, GMP, and method validation.
