Senior Director, Drug Safety Operations

Biotalent has been actioned to appoint a Senior Director of Drug Safety Operations. This critical leadership position will focus on safety processes, maintenance and signal management. This senior level position is of high importance with matrix management level responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Acting as Global Process Owner - adapting processes, leading improvement
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Identifying best practices in line with regulatory advances and promoting innovation.
• Close collaboration with Scientific Leaders and driving scientific advancement.

Requirements:

• MD or life science/healthcare-related degree
• Signal Management expertise, hands-on experience in safety activities, and familiarity with regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and organisational abilities are essential
• Proactive mindset for driving continuous improvement.
• Matrix management experience
