You will be responsible for:
- Building dashboards and interactive tools for internal and external omics data visualisation, collaborating with an exceptional R&D function.
- Gathering, refining and implementing structured and unstructured data from a range of public Bioinformatics platforms.
- Open communications and collaborations with various drug discovery teams, supporting the overall projects and business objectives.
- Contributing to the drug development program and technical strategy.
- Experience with building visualisation tools and version control.
- High level of confidence programming in R and/or Python.
- Experience with Proteomics data analysis and data mining.
- Experience with database design/management (SQL and NoSQL).
- Understanding of applied statistics.
- Desirable – Experience with multi omics data integration.
- Desirable – Proficiency with data wrangling.
- Desirable – Experience with biomedical ontologies and/or drug discovery.
