This opportunity will give you the chance to take on a vital role within the training department ensuring all personnel are trained to the highest standards and compliant with Quality and GMP regulations.

This role will offer you

You will be responsible for

• Providing training to all Quality and Production team members who will be responsible for manufacturing the highest of quality products for use in complex clinical trial programmes
• Helping to maintain the GMP training programme so that all new starters are trained in GMP standards
• supporting ongoing evaluation of lab space
• Providing feedback to the Production department of all the product quality reviews

You will bring the following

• A background in working in development, scale-up or GMP manufacturing roles,
• Operating and designing ATMP processes on closed and automated bioprocessing equipment
• Solid experience working within sterile/aseptic environments and working to their required regulations and requirements
• BSc or MSc in a relevant Life Sciences subject
