Sales & Application Specialist

Your Responsibilities:
  • In charge of the sales of our product portfolio in the region (south Germany)
  • Active market cultivation, new customer acquisition & sustainable development of customer relationships
  • Liaising with customers & advising them on both sales & product-specific issues
  • Defining & implementing sales activities whilst working closely internally with product management, marketing & internal sales
  • Leading the training for doctors & hospital staff for products such as endoscopic instruments
  • Accompanying surgeons during their operations & internships
  • Continuously using Post Market Surveillance to monitor market trends
  • Presenting market trends and regular reporting to the sales management

What you will bring:
  • Degree in medical technology or equivalent
  • Great amount of experience in the sale of medical devices or as an application specialist
  • Good understanding of German & English
  • Strong negotiation skills, communication skills and empathy
  • Hands-on mentality and enjoy familiarizing yourself with new subject areas
  • Capability to work independently, to be a team player alongside organised.
