Production Manager – Milford, MA

A leading manufacturer in the Life Sciences sector is seeking a Production Manager to drive operational excellence, safety, and team development at its Milford, MA facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion a safe, high-performance work environment
• Lead production to meet Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery targets
• Drive continuous improvement and lean transformation initiatives
• Manage departmental staff, set clear goals, and support career development
• Oversee production planning, root cause problem solving, and KPI monitoring
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO 9001/13485 standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred
• 7+ years in operations, ideally in medical device, biotech, or electronics
• Strong leadership, project management, and continuous improvement experience
• Familiarity with SAP, Six Sigma, Lean, BoMs, and production routings
• Experience with P&L responsibility and performance metrics

$120,000 + 10% bonus + benefits
